What this is

booking is a tool that tutors, coaches, trainers and other independent professionals use to take appointments. The email you got is about an appointment made on that person's booking page. We send it for them.

Questions about your appointment

Reply to the email. Your reply goes to the person you booked with, not to us.

Change or cancel

Use the link in your confirmation or reminder email.

Didn't make this booking?

Use the "Didn't make this booking?" link at the bottom of the confirmation email and press "I didn't make this booking." We'll cancel it and stop sending you booking emails from that provider. You can also email support@pintarlab.com.

Stop reminders

Every reminder has a "Stop reminders" link. Confirmations and change notices for bookings you make are always sent, because they're the record of your appointment.

Your data

The provider you booked with controls your booking data. We hold only what's needed to run the booking: your name, email address, optional phone and notes, and the booking details. See our Privacy Policy.
