Terms of Service

These terms add to the general Pintarlab Terms of Service.

Agreement

Using the service means you accept these terms, which add to the Pintarlab Terms. booking is provided by CV Solusi Pintar (Indonesia), trading as Pintarlab. You must be 18+ and use the service for your business or professional services.

The service

booking hosts a booking page for you and sends booking emails to your clients and to you. Booking emails are sent on a best-effort basis. They can be delayed (for example by sending limits), filtered as spam or not delivered, and the booking page shows clients their confirmation either way. We aren't liable for missed, late or double appointments, no-shows, or any resulting loss, even if an email or reminder fails to send. You're responsible for keeping your availability accurate, because booking doesn't read your other calendars.

Not for health information

The service isn't designed for protected health information. Don't use it as a HIPAA-covered entity, and don't ask clients for medical details. We don't sign business associate agreements.

Your responsibilities

• Your booking page and service texts must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. No impersonation, spam, adult services, or anything illegal.
• You may use client details only to deliver and manage the booked appointment.
• You're responsible for your relationship with your clients, including prices, payments, refunds and cancellation policies.

Send limits and suspension

We apply daily sending limits and stop sending to addresses that bounce, complain or report a booking they didn't make. We may pause, or suspend, booking pages or accounts that receive spam bookings, have high bounce or complaint rates, or break these terms, without notice. If these terms were broken, there's no refund for the paused period.

Early access & billing

• The service is free during early access. When paid plans launch, you'll get at least 14 days' notice by email, and then it's $4.99/month or $49.90/year (prices in USD; sales tax/VAT may be added at checkout). Nothing is charged automatically; you choose whether to subscribe. After launch, new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that also needs no card and never converts into a charge on its own.
• Subscriptions you choose to start renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Your content

You own your data and give us only what's needed to run the service.

Termination

Delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
